Carmine's 91st Street Nyc - New York

Carmines has been my favorite restaurant for 13 years. Eating has always been fantastic. I visited the restaurant in 3 different states and everything was fantastic.

We've been patrons of Carmines for 40 years. We never had such a bad experience as yesterday. We had 3 servers during our dinner. The first was useless, asked for more salad dressing, because the salad was dry and had to ask twice before we got it, at what time our entrees came out. Couldn't get the attention of a server to the refill of drinks, and when we ordered coffee, the next channel brought them without deleting our table. Put the coffees on the table next to dirty dishes!!! We complained to the hostesses and a manager came by and apologized 10 times and took the articles from our check, which was very nice, but still our dinner was already ruined.

Staff and food were great! My wife’s birthday was the reason we came in and she loved it! Thank you to the staff and the line cooks/chefs for the amazing food!

Food and service were fantastic! Cassandra, our waitress, was especially helpful when it came to food allergies.

Carmines is the absolute best! Ashanti can’t be more accommodating and nice. She deserves to be paid a good salary. She goes above and beyond and can’t be nicer on the phone.
