Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar Grill - New York

I LOVED this restaurant. Food was delicious, ambiance was lovely and staff was kind courteous. And the N.Y. Strip Steak was cooked perfectly. Sometimes, restaurants overcook steak even when I ask for rare. But this place made it rare! Also, the miso soup was the best I’ve ever had. It was so fresh that you put in the fresh miso paste yourself, which is great if you wanted to control your sodium level. The Sushi and Sashimi were also excellent!

We had a fantastic meal. All dishes were delicious, they manage to make a simple green salad exquisite with a dressing that is fantastic. The nigiri melts in your mouth, the quality of the fish is incredible. The atmosphere is cool but welcoming and accommodating to families too. I would highly recommend this place.

My dinner group and I had such a great time at this place. It was a last-minute decision to go and we didn’t even look at the place before we went inside but it looks nice from the outside and once we got in it we saw that there was a large dining area but also cozy how is sitting with booths available. Which I thought was really interesting. The food was phenomenal and overall it was such a great find and a surprising one at that. I’m sure other people might’ve known about this place that we were so hungry after coming back from the Met and it was open late and that was the reason why we went in but it definitely made for a highlight of the evening. So great such a good cocktails and drinks as well. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Blue Ribbon was fantastic! Inside a hotel lobby which wasn’t clear to me…fun adventure to find! The inside is very nice with a lot of seating, including small enclosed rooms, open tables and my favorites, the sushi bar way in the back. This place is FAST! And GOOD! I found the fish to be fresh and plentiful. Otoro and Uni were my favs, but the 7 color roll won my vote for best variety! Definitely gets my Go There vote! #gotheretastethat #blueribbonsushi #sushi

Honestly I picked this restaurant so fast when I searched up best sushi near me not even thinking it’ll be that great. My boyfriend and I had the best date night. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a relaxed ambiance and great sushi ! Staff is amazing and observant. We enjoyed everything!! This place is a hidden gem!
