Bidra med feedbackI visited a local Starbucks this week to try out a variety of drinks. This location had a wonderful atmosphere—it's modern, clean, and the staff were very polite. My drink was made quickly, but unfortunately, it wasn't prepared as I had requested. I believe the drive-thru employee took my order. I had specifically asked for extra, extra, extra crunchy toffee crunch in my toffee ribbon frappuccino, but the drink had far less crunch than any I've had in the past year, and it didn't really stand out. I felt let down, but I might consider giving them another chance this week. #average
I had a remarkable experience at this restaurant, largely due to the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff. It all started with a seemingly awkward question after I placed my order—they asked about my plans for the day. I mentioned that I was visiting my dad in the hospital, as he has leukemia and often requires admission due to dropping blood levels. When I returned to the window to pick up my food and coffee, the staff surprised me by offering a cake pop for my dad and me. This simple gesture showed that compassion and hospitality are still thriving in the industry. In tough times, it's the little touches that make the biggest difference. This Starbucks has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It's usually not too crowded, except in the mornings. However, I've noticed that they sometimes forget to include food in orders, so it's wise to double-check your order before you leave. I'm not sure why this issue occurs so frequently here.
Moreover, their interactions with customers come off as disrespectful; they often dismiss questions or complaints with eye rolls and sarcastic remarks that feel immature. This place could be so much nicer to visit if it weren't for their attitudes. I've observed a noticeable turnover of staff here over the years, and generally, things seem to be improving since I first started coming. However, Stephanie and Crystal's attitudes are concerning; they would benefit from a serious discussion about professionalism. Alternatively, it may be best for the restaurant to consider letting them go.
