Royal Buffet - New Richmond

Always friendly staff, always quick, hot food.Never an issue in all the years coming here.Some dine-in, some take away.

Honestly food wasn’t too bad, but service was terrible and the waitresses were very rude and talked back. The people there would take food and touch it then throw it back into the tin/food tray, that just may be the people that were there at the time but it was disgusting. I believe food was cross contaminated because the noodles smelt like shrimp and the pork smelt like fish. Food variety also was poor because they didn’t have any fruit or any good vegetable options. One of my family members had gotten a salad and it was honestly the blandest thing I had seen in a Chinese restaurant ever! It’s disappointing because this restaurant has potential and it could grow to be good over time but right now I couldn’t rate it over a 2 star. I hope someone found this helpful and gave them the sense to go to a different Chinese restaurant ?.

Food was stone cold! So cold I was worried about the risk of getting sick. When your charging over 17$ per person let's make sure the food warmer is at least on.

Ate there on a Friday night. Food was absolutely delicious; with stuffed mushrooms and peanut butter chicken being my favorites. Waitress was very attentive. They have a chocolate fountain! The buffet was very clean and with enough turnover that it was fresh. Cost about $80 for four people. Seemed to be fair price for what we got.

This is one of the best, if not THE best, Chinese buffets I have been to. It is really nice to have such a great buffet here in town.
