Ruby Tuesday - New Port Richey

We had an excellent dinner for Moms Bday the staff was very attentive. The salad bar was great. I had the New Orleans seafood it was delicious. The manager Ken told us that they put the sauce over the Bourbon Salmon so that they cooked my mother another and composed their dinner. A great place to eat with very dedicated staff. Five stars. Thanks for your service.

When we arrived there, the place was completely dead. The food was okay. The ribs were average. Fries wasn't so great. The pasta was over boiled and was terrible. The salad on the salad bar was old. And the options were okay. The server called me Bro, which was strange. Overall no great experience. Other Ruby cities are better, but not back to this.

I thought I would write a review because there were many negative reviews in the past. It looks like they have recently new owner management, and we were very satisfied with our experience. Our waiter Eric was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. My mother had the BBQ ribs that were very good, and I had a hamburger and endless salad bar, which I was also very happy. We were happy customers!

The awesome Burger was good according to my son. The service was slow and they forgot my daughter's food and had to get it to go
