Arby's - New Philadelphia

Today was a joke. My wife and I stopped to get lunch at the restaurant. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap, but received a very spicy buffalo chicken wrap instead. The wrap fell apart easily. My wife ordered one of the new burgers with light sauce, but it was smothered in sauce. We were both disappointed with our meals. It was definitely a waste of time and money.

I visited the restaurant today around 2 PM on a Thursday. I ordered two meals, which were nothing special. I paid almost $24 and then waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru window. Four cars pulled in behind us while we waited. The young lady who took my money was very sweet, but waiting that long for a simple order was ridiculous!

Standard Arby's. No frills, nothing special. Exactly what you'd expect.

I don't mind them weighing the meat to maintain their budget but they should make the portions bigger to fit the bun at a minimum...

I've been there 3 times now and order the classic double meat and they never put the extra meat on there. So I quit going
