Pho Bistreaux - New Orleans

Omgggg amazing. Their spicy pho is sooo good. I wasn't feeling too well but sure did lift my spirit...spicy but a good spicy...their spring rolls are amazing!! And let's not forget the smoothies I give it a 10/10!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I wish I could give Pho Bistreaux more than 5 stars. From the amazingly friendly service to the delicious food, you'll be guaranteed a special dining experience. The interior is very modern unlike most Pho restaurants I've been too, they really are bringing Vietnamese cuisine into the modern era. They were gracious enough to let me sample their Vietnamese Taco, Vaco, and I was blown away with how great it was. If you're in the mood for some good comfort food or have never even heard of Vietnamese food, do yourself a favor and eat at Pho Bistreaux. You'll be pleasantly surprised like I was!!!

I ordered the large brisket pho, and it was delightful! The broth was light and served at the perfect temperature. The brisket was sliced just right, not too thick. The only downside for me was the plastic utensils; the noodles kept slipping away and falling back into the bowl. I would prefer wooden utensils instead.

The service and food were exceptional. My son ordered Pho with brisket, which had a clear broth and tender, flavorful meat. My husband had the chicken plate, while I opted for the chicken micelli plate. The chicken was delicious, and the portions were generous; we even took home leftovers for lunch tomorrow! This is the best Pho restaurant we've discovered in the area, and we will definitely be returning.

This is a great, lively local restaurant with several locations. They offer quick service for dine-in, take-out, or food delivery. It’s particularly fantastic for lunch, and there's a bar area that's perfect for solo dining or small gatherings. Ample parking is available as well. The menu is impressive, featuring a variety of options including vegetarian dishes. They also serve bubble teas and coffee.
