It's my go-to spot! I'm spreading the word about the Broad Street location. I absolutely love Dunkin!

Planet Fitness the Staff is very Rude and Unwelcoming I think it would be a Good idea to retrain some of the staff that works there, not nice people you ask them a question and feels like they go around it...!!! Going in and going out someone should be greeting and saying there good boys to guess..!!

This is the best Dunkin' location near me! I have a severe nut allergy, and every morning, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure my coffee is 100% nut-free. I really appreciate their efforts, and I love it here. Definitely one of the best Dunkin' spots around!

I am very unsatisfied with the drive thru service at the Coleman St store in New London, CT. They do not have my on the go order ready when I send it in to make sure that I'm not late for work. I can send it in 10 minutes before I arrive and the order isn't ready until after I reach the window. When I get to the drive thru the person repeats the order then asked me is I want to add to my on the go order. I'm LATE TO WORK, WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT I WANT TO ADD TO MY ORDER. Then my order is not started until I get to the window. Why use the app if I could place the order in person and get it faster. The store doesn't understand the use of the app. And that's why I'm going to stop using the app.
