Burger King - New Haven

My food was reheated to room temperature and the place was clean and empty. drive thru has been closed food: 4/5

The customer service at this restaurant is awful whenever I visit. This will be my final visit. The employees at the drive-thru are consistently rude on the speaker and when passing out orders at the window.

If they have to go to burger king, they find it different. I don't know why this place is open. the behavior of the employees is a reflection of the own. Who heard that?

The owner seems disorganized, as they do not have enough staff on hand. Customers are also rude to the hard-working employees. We had one server taking care of us, with only two other people working. The owner should hire more staff or the workers should consider forming a union. If you visit this restaurant, please be kind to the employees who are being overworked due to staff shortages.

Every time I spend more than $20, my order is never correct! They always forget something!!! Where are my kids' plain cheeseburgers!!!??? And they never pick up the phone when you call!!! -10 for poor service
