Starbucks - New Haven Ave Orange, Derby

The manager, George, is not a pleasant person at all. He claims to have been working since the age of six, yet he seems to lack basic customer service skills. My kids and I visit the restaurant every week and spend over $30 each time, but George still doesn't understand how to properly interact with customers. His attitude is quite rude, and he should take a moment to reflect on how he communicates with patrons. I believe he really needs additional training in customer service. I suggest improving this aspect of the establishment.

The staff should improve their hygiene practices, as it detracts from the appeal of the food and drinks and does not meet health standards in the food service industry.

I visited this restaurant today and over the weekend. I was really disappointed to find that they were out of skim milk. I understand that things happen, but there's really no excuse for that. There’s an Aldi and a ShopRite within walking distance. If you run out of an essential item, why not just go get some? It’s hard to believe they would run out of milk. The staff there are friendly, but honestly, can anyone justify being out of milk? It's a simple problem that could be easily solved with better stock management or a quick trip to the store!

The guy was too aggressive I was just trying to give my order they don't talk good he look money

This one star review is not for the staff at the derby location who do a nice job, but for whoever is in charge. The label printer has not been working properly since the end of November or early December and has not been fixed yet. Therefore, when I order a venti iced latte with 1 pump of syrup, often times it gets made with the standardized 6 pumps. I take one sip and it needs to be remade not only inconveniencing me on what's supposed to be a quick pick-up order, but the staff. To the owner or manager: please have this issue resolved. I am a regular customer there, but will not be if this issue continues.
