Kfc - New Castle

Drove a long ways to get there when we got home to eat or food half of it was Raw and not cooked all the way I sat in line for a long time was not a good experience I will not be going back there sorry

The floor was greasy and unsafe to walk on.The food was freezing and tasted terrible. The manager on duty had no clue about what the food on the menu was and continuously rolled his eyes at every customer.Even the employees gave me and my family dirty looks and rolled their eyes at us, even those who were on break.

Love the kfc in new castle p.a the people are so nice.and the food is always perfect...

They are always super busy. I like that you can get KFC or Taco Bell or both. Food is hit or miss though especially the chicken. Most of the workers are super nice though.

The older lady at the window had the biggest attitude ever at the speaker and at the window she asked us to pull up because we had to wait for them to make fries no issue but with a attitude she goes “ unless you want some other side” we said no and she just gave us a dirty
