Wingstop - New Caney

I visited this new location for the first time and was initially hesitant to try it after seeing its one-star reviews when it first opened. However, after waiting a couple of months, I'm glad I decided to go. There was a slight delay in placing my order because the staff member at the register was on a break, but once I ordered, my food was ready in about 23 minutes, which isn't too bad. Everything was great except for the fries, which were a bit overcooked. However, the staff member was very accommodating and quickly adjusted the cooking time for a better result. My wings, with lemon pepper and garlic parmesan, were perfectly crispy. Overall, the staff seemed well-trained, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

Thank you, Wingstop, for opening in the New Caney area! The food is always spot on—fresh and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist when we can't decide which flavors to choose. Please keep everything just as it is!

We arrived at 11 AM for dine-in, and it took 31 minutes for our order to be ready. They had a large number of orders to fill before ours could be completed. So if you're planning to come right when they open for a quick meal, be prepared for a wait. The staff, however, were very nice and helpful, and our order was accurate. I would have given it 5 stars, but the long wait brought it down to 4 stars.
