Trash establishment with trash service and they never have bread made and I'm 35 and this is the first review I have ever left...

I think there needs to be some retraining done here.Hardly any lettuce on the sandwich at allWanted to try the red pepper flakes because that was a new thing I saw as an option. Little did I know they'd dump half the shaker into the mayo.I worked for JJs for 8 years. I know what the sandwiches are supposed to be like and definitely ain't this. Was almost inedible.I won't order from this location again that's for sure.

The staff here are so rude and unprofessional. The guy taking orders is awkward and distracted making for such a weird exchange. Also one of the delivery drivers yells at customers for standing in her way when she returns to the shop, complaining about customers to other employees as if they aren’t standing right there. I haven’t been back in a month but I’m sure it’s the same.

I placed an order on the app for delivery between 11:15am-11:30am. My food had not arrived by 11:40am so I gave the store a call to check on my order, and the employee said they just got hit with the lunch rush but it was on the first car out so it should arrive very soon. At 12:08pm the app notified me that my order was out for delivery, and it arrived about a half hour later. My office is a 6 min drive from the store. I remember why I stopped ordering delivery from here. To their credit, the driver was apologetic.
