I frequent this Taco Bell on hwy 46, most of the time it’s okay service and okay food. Tonight I was greeted by Dave who took my order, and handed the food to me. Dave was absolutely the nicest person I’ve ever experienced at a drive thru, he made me laugh multiple times (which I’ve needed due to hearing some bad news today). So, Dave, thank you for making this experience unlike the rest, you’ve made my night. Taco Bell, get yourself more Dave’s.

Nothing really unique about this Taco bell as compared to others. We had it yesterday at work and it's wasn't any different than the average taco bell. Mediocre food and service. But then again, what did I expect?

Had a long day. Terry wanted TB. Cool. Went through the drive thru. The person who took my order turned out to be a manager. She completely got mine wrong and admitted it later. I grabbed my bag, headed home to Canyon Lake only to discover Terry 's food and this monstrosity. See pic of chicken quesadilla. Called the store 1st time: Mgr says to call back in 10 min so he can find my ticket (no receipt given). Called the store 2nd time: different mgr-Drive back here (1 hr round trip) and I will replace your food. Sorry I took your order wrong. Me: not convenient for me tonight. I have to make my own supper now and work in the morning. 2nd mgr: If you bring your receipt into the store, I can refund you. Me: You, the mgr, didn 't give me a receipt. Also, not convenient. Me: I 'm just screwed. You took my order wrong, gave me the wrong food, and wouldn 't refund me. F this place. ZERO STARS. NEVER AGAIN.
