Sonic Drive-in - New Bern

The computer system was down and the Sonic team came out to take orders. No extended waiting time and the order was perfect. Excellent customer service. I was very impressed by her teamwork in a crisis. The playground is large and I would recommend it for travelling families and birthday parties in a pinch.

This is our favorite Sonic! The playground is so funny for the children, there are many tables in the shade, and the staff are very nice. And sometimes they are also roller shutters!

Recommend, always fast and friendly, something not common with most Sonics I've visited in MI, TX, TN. Great location with huge play area outside with plenty seating available and spots to park car. Have had two times where items were off or missed but handled perfectly everytime, again something set apart from other Sonics I've visited (this being I've called corporate before on other locations and nothing being done by anybody).. this location is set apart from them as they seems to take care of its problems instead of handing off to corporate. Lot and area was kept clean and organized, would recommend stopping by.

They get my order wrong everytime I order from there and the milkshake I have currently tastes like it was dropped in a salty ocean and all it was was a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. Maybe they used bad milk or poured on idk what's up with it but whoever made it should be fired I don't know If they personally know me and saw my name and was like I'm gonna butcher this girls Milkshake. Like it was awful I never had anything that bad and I've accidentally drank sour milk before. -Andrea Lester

Sonic drive in, for some reason the Burger seems to be very blan these days, it's been many months since I have been to a sonic. I am not sure what it is. This location is only a few months old, very friendly staff. All updated electronics. Food is looks great and the onion rings nice and hot.
