Sonic Drive-in - New Bern

For a quick snack or drink, this location has done a great job. They are relatively fast and our food has been good. We normally order breakfast burritos, french toast sticks, or do drinks, snacks or ice cream. Have not had any issues and havebecome regular customers.

I ordered two Fritos burritos and a shake off the app on the way to Sonic. It took them 45 minutes to deliver my food. It only took buzzing the Red Button twice and finally going to the window. I like Sonic's food, but I expect better service than this.Wasn't even offered a discount coupon for my troubles.

The computer system was down, but the Sonic team stepped up to take orders manually. There was no long wait, and my order was spot on. Their customer service was excellent. I was really impressed by how well they worked together during the crisis. The playground is spacious, making it a great option for traveling families and last-minute birthday parties.

I'm really thrilled that Super Sonic has moved from next to the hospital! Now, if only we could convince Taco Bell to either relocate to that area or open a new spot. I did consider starting a franchise myself, but by the time it would be paid off, I’d probably be long gone! Haha! We genuinely love both places!

I consistently have issues with my order being wrong whenever I order from this place. The milkshake I currently have tastes as if it was dipped in saltwater, despite being a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. It’s hard to tell if they used spoiled milk or what happened, but whoever made it should really be reconsidered for their position. It feels like they saw my name and decided to ruin my milkshake on purpose. It was truly terrible—I’ve had experiences with sour milk before, and this was even worse. - Andrea Lester
