Pizza Hut - New Bern

Yesterday, we decided to go through the drive-thru to grab some breadsticks as a snack, and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we received. The staff were quick to greet us at the window, very friendly, and had a wonderful sense of humor! Since it was Halloween, several employees were in costume, and one even wore a T-Rex costume. My kids were thrilled when he leaned into the car to say hello, which really made our day! Our food was delicious, fresh out of the oven, and beautifully presented. We were thoroughly impressed!

The staff here are incredibly friendly. I tried the new Chicago-style pizza, and it was cooked to perfection and offered great value for money. I haven't ordered delivery from this restaurant yet, so I can't comment on that, but I would still highly recommend it.

Pizza and wings are always ready when I arrive! They are hot, fresh, and delicious. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are fair, with no surprises. I will definitely be coming back!

Recommended, were always fast, friendly and accurate. Since the move to New Bern we order the delivery or pick up from here, as they are in line with their food and their operation (how many of them will change constantly). They are fast from the order for both delivery and collection. Pick-up window via Drive-Thru available for convenience.

My husband ordered the big dinner on line, it was a little confusing, but it worked out ok. I was a few minutes early picking it up, but I didn't have to wait long. We'll order from here again.
