Mcalister's Deli - New Bern

Great staff. Food was excellent. Need one in Jacksonville NC.

Great lunch today! Fast service at our lunch break. Kelli the manager took our order and was super friendly and efficient! We will put a large office order in the future. Thanks from some of the Rankin Fiume girls

Today my first time McAlister's Deli tried. The Lord waiting for me was very friendly and the food was delicious. Can't wait to try something else on their extensive menu again.

Pretty good sandwiches. Salads are not bad either. We ate in two different places and both great.

Editing my past review. It is really sad to see the staff here has gone downhill. I have been here 3x in the last month and each time the cashiers are so rude. They get annoyed because my daughter orders her nachos without most ingredients on it....like who cares. They no longer greet you, and check on your table. I don't see us returning again. I was very thrilled when I saw the sign that McAlister's Deli was returning to New Bern, it has always been one of my favorite places to eat at. Their food is always hot, fresh and delicious....not to mention the portion sizes are big enough to make each meal leftovers for the next day. I absolutely love their kid menu choices, healthy options. Granted I should not love this but I do....I am happy that they have Root Beer since it's the only soda I drink lol...hey it's the little things. My favorite menu items are the Ultimate Nachos and their Cesar Salad. Now what I get on my nachos are not everything that is listed so I cannot speak for their sour cream or guacamole or black olives or jalapenos or nope that's I keep the rest!! My boys love their French Dip and Club. Be sure to try their potato salad, delish!
