Chick-fil-a - New Bern

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two sandwiches, which were tasty. However, the fries were cold and hard, and the tomatoes on the deluxe sandwich were slimy. I won’t be returning to this location. Additionally, the employee at the drive-thru was rude when I reached the window.

The food is good as expected with Chick-fil-A. We ordered ahead which helped with our time in line. I will say the location for this one is not as convenient as others. They on had one drive thru lane and that really causes an issue with traffic. Otherthan that we had a great experience.

The ordering experience and service from the staff were exceptional, as always. However, I was quite surprised by the quality of the food. This was the first time I had a smaller meal at a Chick-Fil-A, despite visiting many locations across various states over the years. I went to this restaurant at 7:15 PM on August 26, 2022. As expected, the drive-thru lines were lengthy but moved at a steady pace. After I placed my order at the window, I drove two miles to my destination to enjoy my meal. To my dismay, I discovered cold, limp fries and a barely warm sandwich. This was a significant disappointment! It seemed like the kitchen was unprepared that evening, as they had apparently rushed through many frequently ordered items to expedite service. Unfortunately, this approach led to cold food that didn't meet expectations. I finished the meal since I had paid for it, but it certainly didn't feel worth it.

The food at Chick-fil-A met my expectations perfectly. We were able to place our order quickly, which was great for sticking to our schedule. However, I did find the seating to be less comfortable than at other locations. The layout, especially the ordering lane, caused some traffic issues. Despite this, we had a fantastic overall experience.

I just visited the restaurant and noticed it was quite busy, but the line moved quickly. The staff outside were friendly and professional, and the food was outstanding.
