Bidra med feedbackThe eating was cold. orderings were often mixed, including from the wrong order in which it was ordered. then I could not use my reward card at concessions because the restaurant did not close it.
This restaurant needs a management makeover. at several locations I will be asked if I have a reservation, even if the restaurant is empty in a round; I have been waiting to sit while there are 3 4 employees at the reception that do nothing (although it should be a host and maybe someone who makes pickups but not to the cost of sitting a customer.) my last visit, which I actually reserved for two, and in the last minute had two more people who wanted to join us. manager and hostess made a very large amount of the fact that my reservation for two not four and they had a several big groups coming and this would cause a problem. not sure why there are only a few high top tables that only sit two in the entire restaurant and the rest of them are sitting automatically, which is why there would be a problem. to round off the dinge, the chef insists on burning the crust on the pizza (consistent), no reason for it to happen differently than someone should not pay attention to when the pizza should be pulled out of the one.
Pizza was very good and server was polite and efficient. wonderful before the film meal.
I had a great experience to bring my daughter and her friends to dinner at zaffiro before our movie at marcus ridge. our server was attentive and pleasant, and our eating was great.
We miss the complimentary chips, but the pizza was outstanding. We had the sausage special and the crust was thin and crispy, the toppings were plentiful, especially the delicious cheese. The large size pizza would have been too big so we ordered the medium. It turned out to be a bit too small for two people and left us wanting a few more slices, especially without the complimentary chips to fill us up. Our waiter Dane was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating.
