Doesn’t take couponsblamed pandemic lol it’s been like that since I was little lol. But yeah also, the pickles don’t look right they look generic

Ordered online today and got the wrong sandwich. I decided to call the restaurant and was told I could get another sandwich made so I made sure to take pictures of the sandwich we had to that they could clarify it was the wrong one. When I get there though they tell me I needed to bring the other sandwich so that they could make me a new one. I don’t understand why they wanted it when it was already touched and open. Also I don’t understand why she didn’t tell me that over the phone before I got there. I’ve been going here for years and it was a very good place but since the pandemic things have truly changed in a terrible way at this restaurant. I will no longer buy food here

I’ve order from this location several times. The last order was fine except I was missing an item. It was delivered to me and when I emailed support the only thing that was said to me was they were sorry. No attempt at even giving any sort of compensation for the issue. I responded back a two times and no one even responded. Very disappointed with the poor customer service! Service: Delivery
