I have visited here a number of times. K would gladly give them a 5 star rating, except for the fact that the staff there have poor attitudes. Probably four out of five staff members are rude. The food is great, and the coffee, and frozen drinks, etcetera. are all great. It really is a shame that they don't choose better staff members. But I do have to say that it doesn't stop me from going there. Just take it with a grain of salt
Had a good experience through the Drive Thru. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a simple bagel, and they gave me a croissant instead. And although it was about 2 cars in front of me, it took over half an hour to tell me that I had to wait in the parking lot for my stuff. And they still messed it up?

Terrible service. Very rude and pushy. They were annoyed that we were ordering more then one thing and I swear they messed up our order on purpose. The girl that couldn?t handle talking to us over the drive through without being rude proceeded to give me a dirty and used knife during a global pandemic when restaurants and fast food places should be the most sanitary they have ever been. Won?t be eating or drinking what she gave me.
