For months, I haven't seen anyone in any gastronomic plant wearing masks. Here, however, all employees carry masks without exception, which is why it is clear to me that they are forced to do so. Absolutely inhuman. The 1-star rating is aimed only at the Chef-Etage, which makes such a difference to their employees. The staff themselves are always friendly, they deserve 5 stars.
