Terrible service, I ordered through Glovo, the delivery was missing a sandwich, I called the store, they replied that they couldn't do anything, I had to reorder with Glovo, condolences, expenditure.gr Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

As always, McDonald 's never disappoints, or perhaps almost never... We have always been to various points of this chain and even here in Nettuno we almost always have a good time. Lately, however, unpleasant things have happened. The latest and it 's the third in a month that I 've counted, we order two sandwiches from the menu... one even without the offer among other things, and it arrives totally cold... I understand that it 's a fast food... eating it even fast wasn 't written too bad it wasn 't a matter of our slowness but of the fact that the sandwich had already been made a long time ago, by now cold in all its parts and delivered to us. Another note concerns the creation of the sandwiches. McDonald 's has always been a brand that cared about presentation. But often during the week, or during lunch or dinner, or at the weekend, I notice a decline in the assembly of sandwiches... with pieces of bread slipping, salad falling out as soon as you take the sandwich... slices of meat not centered and at the first bite one of the two slices rockets out of the sandwich. In short, little care was taken in assembling the sandwich. For the rest, nothing to say... totems work well except for some inaccuracies in reading the QR code. Very nice and helpful girls..cleanliness of the place nothing to report.
