Kfc - Neosho

I know customer service has gone downhill, but nothing like rude employees when they are the ones that got your order wrong. Pulled around and went inside to tell them they forgot our fries, and it was all downhill from there.

The new saucy nuggets are great! I hadn't been to a KFC in years. This was the best fast food chicken I have had in a while. Granted, I went at 12 noon on a busy day, so the freshness was on point. In the past, I have been other times at slower points of the day where that wasn't the case and the grease was old. KFC is hit or miss for me, but this most recent visit lifted my hopes a bit. Only gave atmosphere a 3 because I used the drivethru.

Friendly staff. Delicious chicken. Clean restroom. Clean restaurant.

KFC really needs to change their floor cleaner, the floors are always sticky, but this one was by far the worst. It smelled pretty bad too. Food was good and fresh though.

Only went to drive thru service was fairly quick but could have been friendlier for sure. It is still the best place in Neosho for fried chicken no matter what.
