Chowder House - NEILS HARBOUR

Probably our absolute fave place to stop for dinner! <br/ <br/ We had the platter for 2! And oh my for an affordable price we left waddling due to over eating!! For sure this place is a must see! Amazing service, good food and good people!!

The chowder here is super-delicious! As I suppose it should be at 'Chowder House ' If you come during a rush period be prepared to take a number and wait. You come for the food and the view, not ambiance or service.

Superior. I am told there are as many ways to make chowder as there are kitchens to make it in. This place makes it particularly good, and on top of the cheerful, almost playful service and very reasonable prices, you have a view of the water from a very cozy restaurant on a windswept point, through large windows. The food was great and service was fast. The prices were better than other restaurants prices in the area. You also have a view of the ocean from the restaurant . I definitely would return for another meal.

Best Chowder Ever!!! Crab dinner was also outstanding. Great service, incredible views and atmosphere- authentic seaside dinner!!!
