Applebee's

Arrived with a party of 5. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait. There was only 8 people in the restaurant ?. Was told we could not sit at a table in the bar area and could only sit at bar while we waited. As we ordered drinks, we observed there were 3 servers playing on their phones, amongst other things- FAR from busy. Waited 35 minutes and our daughter finally asked the host if we could sit down. “Oh yeah, I was just going to come get you”. ?? WHERE THE HECK WAS MANAGEMENT ? Felt like we were on Mars. By the time we were seated, there was only 4 people in the whole restaurant. Who runs a business like this??? I completely understand the shortage of help out there, although this wasn’t the case.Waitress arrived and was friendly. Took our order and was a decent server. Food was subpar and overcooked. Generously tipped server.

Our hostess was good, but eating was horrendous. I have the bourbon street huh and garnel that was so overcooked that I could hardly chew it. I didn't feel good halfway through eating because eating was disgusting. I didn't have to eat, but I did. When I came home, I'm breaking up. I'm sorry I ever gave applebees a chance.

Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Met for girl's night and to organize an Easter Egg Hunt for our kiddos. Waitor was able to provide us with a nice large table so we could eat and work on our fun project! Girl's night was a total success. Food was hot, fresh, and served quickly! Excellent all around.

Ordering online was convenient. However, the service at the restaurant was terrible. I was not greeted upon arrival and several staff members walked past me without acknowledging me. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen to check on my pick up order. Unfortunately, my food was slightly cold by the time I returned to my hotel, which is only 4 minutes away. In addition, my burger was undercooked. I will not be stopping at this restaurant during my next visit to Appleton. I am confident I can find a better burger and service elsewhere.

Few tables of men's 4-23-22 not busy, but very bad service the older lady was the only one who does something. We asked if they were understaffed, they said yes, but she waits for a few people who were too late over and about hour. now they came during the very slow process to get a drink and eat. the bartender was as late as usual and the waiting staff well come together. I never come back here again. I would advise people not to come here until 99% of the employees are replaced by people who care. You can tell the workers who appear in the late time not to help because the workers are there until someone will fire them so that they can get unemployment. Stay away. beer was flat, eating evil terrible service. Why would you come?
