Very polite staff. good food. steaks were delish! good prices and children's dishes were nice. our first time there and we loved it. we did not find any table, most were reserved, but they were very friendly and seemed really happy to have our habit. we had steaks, a serloin and a rump cooked medium rare. and three children's dishes that were the mini mixed grill. great value for money and cake hot. steaks were so delicious.

Was visiting my family who have recently moved to neath. Booked a table, found it easily with our name and time on paper on the table. The food was beautiful and very well priced. My sister and mum loved the cocktails. Pudding, the crumble was lush x Only downfall was table was a bit sticky and there was no salt available. Many people asked, along with us on the night. I understand busy times means stock can get low but couldv grabbed some from the kitchen if sending someone to the nearest shop wasn't possible. Overall a beautiful meal, my mum and sister will be back as will I on my next visit. Thanku

This is a fantastic, welcoming pub with a wide variety of options on the menu. The nostalgic dishes really appealed to us, but we also enjoyed a delectable two or three-course meal that exceeded our expectations. I would definitely like to return!

I had the mixed grill here yesterday, and it was delicious. It was served nice and hot, and the steak was cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend this friendly local spot. The staff were also very welcoming, making my visit quite enjoyable.
