Bidra med feedbackHorrible service and management. Absolutely rude and they’ll forget your order, make the wrong thing and then act like you’re inconveniencing them for letting them know they handed you the wrong order.
Customer service here is really good but the reason for a low rating is that their computer system always goes down. They need to update this location or something. Seems like every McDonald's on a military installation just sucks in general.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all they gave the car in front of me the wrong drink (my drink, the handed it back to the employee with the straw in the cup. When i get to the window the employee proceeds to give me the cup he had handed to the car in front of me to me. He did not even bother to remake it or nothing. I asked him to remake it and he just acted like he didn't hear or understand me, I had to repeat myself three times before he did anything. He then caught an attitude with me. He told me to pull around so they could bring my food out. I got my bag and they just threw everything in the bag, food upside down, fries spilling. We did not end up eating the food because they probably did something to it. This was overall a shitty experience, save yourself some time and go elsewhere.
This was one of the worst experiences I 've ever had at any eating establishment. I get it, it 's McDonald 's. I don 't expect 5 star dining, but what I do expect is to be treated like a human being and that I matter as a paying customer. My wife and I were waiting for our food in the drive thru and noticed that the customer in front of us returned some drinks as they realized it wasn 't theirs. We pull up to the window as it was our turn, the guy (didn 't catch his name as he wasn 't wearing a badge) working proceeded to give us said drinks. So, my wife politely asked for new drinks as they were in possession of another person for quite some time before they realized the mistake. The guy then proceeded to lie stating that they were brand new drinks. My wife then asked again for new drinks, which the worker then closed the window while simultaneously giving us attitude. He then spoke to his manager (who also conveniently not wearing a badge as well). The two workers then proceeded to have a conversation with each other while the window was closed and looking at us and smiling. The manager finally made us our drinks then asked us to pull forward to wait for our order. After we received our order, we then checked to make sure we got the correct stuff. All of our food was just thrown into the bag, fries were upside down and the whole order was ruined. We didn 't even bother going back for our money as we wanted to avoid an even bigger disaster to our evening. Also didn 't even bother to eat what was salvageable as we were too afraid of what was done to it. I gave this place 1 star because yelp doesn 't have a lower rating system in actuality this place deserves 0 stars or negative stars, they should pay me for having to go through such a painful ordeal. I really feel sorry for the franchise owner as the bar is real low for the type of people you have running such a mediocre establishment. We will no longer be eating at this location and will let our friends and family know of our ordeal as well. I can throw a rock and hit another McDonald 's. Please look at all of the reviews of your place, not just mine, you 'll see a trend that 's happening and not in a positive way.
If you can avoid going here, you should.Parking: The parking lot and drive thru are terrible, tons of pot holes and huge cracks.
