Pergamino - Naucalpan de Juárez

This was the best Thanksgiving dinner I've had in 10 years. Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful restaurant with good food and great service. Just a few things to note, which may be cultural, but you should just know. All of the vegetable dishes and the stuffing at the Thanksgiving buffet had bacon in them, and the turkey carver at first denied it, as it is so second nature to Mexicans that vegetables must contain meat or else they aren't vegetables (or something). I had to point to the bits of bacon and ask what they were before anyone would acknowledge that they existed. I find that's always a problem when I travel. Otherwise, whatever I could eat, incuding the turkey were excellent and I'd recommend Pergamino very highly.
