Fish By José Andrés At The Cove Atlantis

Fish is a wonderful place for a quiet and picturesque meal in atlantis. I had the spade and the fries and the frit were excellent. they were completely unique in comparison to any other version I tried. the liquid center made them delicate and tasty, much better than the average dense frit. only the things that could be improved would be the gazpacho who was supersaure and acid; and cookies that were difficult and not flaky at all. in any case the best meal I had in atlantis.

Service was exceptional. I actually went to fill my water again (ordered bottle still water) and our SA came by to make sure I never touched. They were all there! Very friendly staff and real knowledge about the menu. He made great recommendations and made the experience an unforgettable one! The food was also top notch. We had fired the wood Snapper and it really had some incredible flavors. The shrimps with garlic had a black garlic mojo and was amazing! My wife also had the lobster bisque and said it was one of the best she ever had! Would highly recommend this place, especially if your stay in The Cove.

The restaurant was great and the service was phenomenal that we get the fried snapper fish of the day and it tasted fresh as well as the lion fish. every fried fish can work honestly for two people, because my mother and I ordered all our own and it was too much, so I propose a fish for two people and here are desserts!

We went there early for our reservation, and the host was able to accommodate us immediately, although he is busy. Food and service were first class! I'll try her chicken next time!

Extraordinary in every way. Perfectly cooked and seasoned seafood, above average service, decent wine list (for Atlantis) with a cool vibe and ambience. Just plan ahead if you want the Lion Fish we missed out!
