Ruth's Chris Steak House

Over all, the food was simply not worth the price. We both had the 11oz fillet and shrimp. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, the steaks were undercooked, tasteless and mine was full of gristle. I'd say 1/3 of mine was inedible. The garlic mashed potatoes were ok, but nothing to write home about. The Cesar salads were excellent as was the goat cheese artichoke dip. Our server was great. For 250.00 for two people, I could have made a much better meal at home.

I come from a rural community and its fair to understand steak really well. Ordered the specialty new york strip which is often interchanged with sirloin in the uk Steak cooked as asked but it was rubbery, tough and clearly hadn't been hung for as long as it could be. Mentioned to the waiter, was offered an alternative but was starving.. Although wasnt even asked if food was ok until i got one of their attention. Was charged full price, poor all round

We have been to the Nashville Ruth's Chris several times for our anniversary several other ones across the country. Never disappointed, always get a filet, best steak I have ever had, always very tasty, tender juicy. Service is always great, N'ville has valet parking, sweet. It is on the expensive side, but worth it occasionally.

Hannah was AMAZING! It was a date that ended up being solo because my boyfriend's flight got delayed. Hannah was kind, attentive and wonderful. I would definitely come back every time I'm in Nashville. The food was excellent and the wine was incredible.

Our waitress did an outstanding job serving our table. The food was cooked as requested and was very delicious. The staff was continually checking to see if we needed anything. Enjoyed by all six of our party. Look foward to returning.
