Bidra med feedbackI'm always impressed with this Arby's every time I go here. Food is good and the staff is also attentive. Can't really ask for much more from a fast food place.
I have orders delivered or go through the drive through so I can't comment on atmosphere. Food is always great!
It's their business, they can run it how they like, but I can judge them how I like. I never eat here so the Rating is purely in regards to how they treat their neighbors, especially with parking. Even when they aren't open they will tow if you use their lot for next door, and even during peak hours no one is eating inside an Arby's. It's a drive thru place. Be better people
Shake machine has been down for months. If someone cared it would be addressed.
I 've been enjoying the new mac cheese bites. They are a bit expensive at $1 per PIECE, but they 're super good. I got two orders of them tonight. Two of them were as black and hard as CHARCOAL, the rest were good. I think they 're trying to refry leftover ones to utilize on later orders. At $1 per piece, I want FRESH, UNBURNED pieces. Seriously, did you think your customer wouldn 't notice they were BURNED, HARD AS A ROCK and INEDIBLE?? Why on earth would you serve something like that? That will be the last time I go there for what was previously something I was buying very often. Thanks for ripping me off and giving me food I couldn 't eat.Update: I went to the link the owner provided and was required to provide a TON of personal info to pursue the complaint. They replied to my form by saying they had talked to the store, yada, yada and would be sending me a small token to make up for it. I have yet to receive anything. So on top of getting ripped off with burnt, inedible food, I gave these people every bit of personal info for NOTHING apparently. They really need to send these people to a people management class. Talk about making it worse with their outreach and complaint mitigation efforts.
