Panera Bread - Nashville

I'm not really sure why I keep protecting this place, except that people always give me gift cards. it's always something. today simple order. suppe and salat. salat good. suppe up on the water down, I got a bit more than the half of the cup. if I pay for a cup, I would like to get a full cup. this is unfortunately the first time that this happened. do not try to reach by phone, they never answer. not at peak times or at another time. I need to find out how to know friends no panera gift card!

They are very incompetent ... Ordered bread bowl with my soup which was bowl they gave me a cup. No bread bowl either 3 different times I got 3 different prices for the same Oder didn't feel like going back after a long busy workday... never again

I love Panera and have been a regular for years I moved recently and this location is the closest to me now but it is the worst Panera I've ever experienced. My order is constantly wrong and the staff isn't friendly or willing to fix mistakes. Bakery items are always out of stock. Wouldn't recommend this location it's disappointing to Panera's around the country

I get delivery for breakfast for me and my daughter almost every weekend and every time my food is never correct, they really need to re train the people on how to do orders again I wasn't bothered by it because you know I asked for things that I just don't want on my food and they will put it on there it was never a big thing because I could just take it off but now it's become to the time where our stuff is been missing from my order and Panera is not cheap so of course every time I have calls now to get the items that are missing they do not pick up the phone I call 20 to more times a day and not want somebody pick up the phone they obviously don't care about what people satisfaction is they just want to get people out the door an order is over with this is possibly the worst Panera but I don't know how to take care of the customers and give the customers what they want us because if they did the eight dollars A bag of cookies I just bought would have either been in my hand already or the money have been processed both onto my card and yet nothing because they can't take care of people and take care of orders correctly I would not order from this Panera bread unless you want to get your food mess up or missing items or just incorrect things all in all your best guess is just go to a Panera that knows what they're doing

Two point five stars. The spinach artichoke souffle was delicious... However, the tomato soup had a hair in it. The service was pretty good too.
