Jet's Pizza - Nashville

Cant order from here because they use door dash to deliver their orders and the drivers use several delivery apps simultaneously and makes them order late and cold. literally lives around the corner of this place and it took the driver 20 minutes to come here because he provided another order from another app that watched that this guy go on a whole road on the tracker and when they call the load they do nothing to help. will never get back from this place. if deleted, I will just read more.

No idea whats been going on with this place. I've ordered here since 2019 and no issues. the past three times I've ordered over the past 4-5 months have all had issues. One time they just left my food outside, didnt knock or ring the doorbell. It was cold outside, the food was just as cold. Refunded my order, cool, I'll try again. next time the order took 2 hours and 12 minutes from the time I ordered, and it said they would take an hour. No call/update, nothing. I had to call them to ask where it was at. Frustrating, but whatever. Today it took 1.5x the time I was told, the driver said they didnt give him the drinks I ordered and the food is barely luke warm. done ordering from here

Didnt appreciate that i was basically lied too i ordered a a pepperoni pizza but something told me to call right back well they onlybput cheese usually youre supposed to ask about toppings..i know it was busy i just got off work my self cutting hair so i understand but how would they feel if they asked for a r on the sides and back and i gave them a number 1 and then made them wait till i swept up my hair just to put it back on...thats what happened bro said hed remake it but you can tell the pepperoni was still thrown on top its all good it was a friends pizza but i had a slice too but all in all just ask and care more and youll make way more tips i promise. I had to take my slice i ate put it in the air fryer and and garlic salt and parm and crushed pepper THEN it was BUSSIN!

Jet's uses premium ingredients and doesn't cut corners. They taste like what Pizza Hut tasted like when Pizza Hut was actually good, maybe a little better. I get the round pizzas because the square ones are too much. Their crust toppers are tasty, and you can add one for no additional charge. I think they get a lot of star reductions due to the atmosphere, but a lot of restaurants are having staffing problems at the moment. Really, it's worth the wait.

Super disappointed, delivery took 90 minutes, arrived cold.Breaded wing tender things were bland and also cold.I have ordered Jett’s in past and this was not representative of my past experiences
