Bidra med feedbackFirst we made the reservation. We come there and they say that they do not honor these reservations, fortunately was not waiting. Food came after a long wait and was too boiled and dry. Said the waitress and she said it was a new cook to finish it, they calculated my men's credit card for another table meal. We asked to talk to a manager after about 15 minutes, the waitress came back and said he had to try to fix it the next day and he didn't come by to even talk to us. My husband insisted that he repaired it now, he came and then offered the difference in our bill in cash
We have dined at this restaurant a few times, and each time has been terrible. I made reservations for Father's Day, but when we arrived, there was a crowded lobby with no hosts in sight. After waiting for 15 minutes, a waitress finally approached us and asked if we needed assistance. I informed her of our reservations, but she said nothing was ready and asked for a moment to prepare. After another five minutes of waiting, we were seated but waited 20 minutes for our waitress to take our order. Frustrated, I approached a worker and requested to speak to the manager, which took nearly ten minutes for them to arrive at our table. Despite my anger, I stayed because my husband wanted to dine there. The manager apologized, explaining they had just arrived and promised to send a server immediately. After a 7-minute wait, our drinks were finally taken. We experienced more delays while waiting for our food, witnessing all the unhappy customers around us. Although the food was good, the poor service has led us to decide to never return. The manager, Al, was kind, but it is clear they need to replace their staff with more competent individuals. Perhaps they should consider not opening on holidays if they cannot handle the demand.
My reservation was not honoured. I called the restaurant and was told that their open table app does not work and did not work in a while. You wouldn't honor my reservation
The server was lovely, but they repeatedly forgot things like my water, which I had to ask for three times, and my salad before the main course. Additionally, the steak I ordered medium rare came well done. We were ultimately charged a 20% gratuity.
Don't waste your time on this one. They did not honor the reservation we made online were rude upon our arrival telling us people had been waiting in person. They said they don't even look at the online reservations. They should be removed from the app altogether!
