I got there around 10 am on a Friday, there wasn 't anyone there, literally. I was there waiting some good 5 minutes till I had to say excuse me , and later on someone came out. The worker was nice but even though I even saw how she made my smoothie it tastes like water, and only the toppings give it some flavor, and of course it didn 't look like the picture showed it, so I went back inside to ask for some toppings and she was nice enough to put more topping which was really surprising. I sat outside which was really nice.
At 9am, we waited 45mins for our order with no lineup nor online orders being processed. She simply forgot to tell us it was ready while we followed up twice.Avocado toast was now cold, lettuce was yellow, all three of us had to go somewhere else to get a decent breakfast.
This was not my favorite ordering experience with Clean Juice, and this location always seems a bit mismanaged compared to the Brentwood and Franklin locations. I placed my order at 5:55p on June 24th. I arrived at the shop at 6:15 as the expected wait time listed on my order was 20 minutes. I ordered ahead specifically so it would be a quick in-and-out experience. When I got to the shop I was the only one there, and I could not see or find a worker. After 5 minutes of waiting I walked behind the counter to see if anyone was there, couldn 't see anyone, and then a few minutes later a gentleman working came out of the back, and seemed very out of it so maybe he was having a rough day to be fair.I told him I had a to-go order and he couldn 't find it in the coolers, then went to the register and very casually said oh as he saw the order receipt was never worked, but also didn 't say anything to me. It wasn 't until 635, nearly 40 minutes after placing my order that I had it in my hands. There was no urgency in making the drinks and no sense of understanding that my time is also valuable. I would have understood if the shop was slammed, but I was the only one there and the only to-go order printed and waiting. Will likely just go to urban juicer from now on
I didn't want to give a 2, but what upsets me is when you know you didn't give me 16 Oz of juice and I paid you a total including tip 18 and some change. This really bums me out especially when they are aware that I paid for 16oz and they are aware 16 Oz aren't in this cup. Bad business.
