Bidra med feedbackBut that's not all – their organic smoothies are simply incredible. The flavor combinations are both creative and delicious, and I truly appreciate their commitment to organic ingredients. It's clear they prioritize health without sacrificing taste. Additionally, the range of healthy snacks they offer complements the drinks perfectly. From nutrient-dense granola bars to guilt-free trail mixes, this place has curated a menu that caters to wellness enthusiasts. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to provide recommendations or answer any questions about their offerings. Plus, the cozy seating area makes it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your treats. If you're in Nashville and searching for a place that serves not only tasty but also nourishing options, this juice bar is a must-visit. It's evident that they are devoted to promoting a healthier lifestyle, and I can't wait to return for more of their delightful juices, smoothies, and snacks.
I arrived at the restaurant around 10 AM on a Friday, and I was the only customer there—literally. I waited for about five minutes before I had to go inside and say "excuse me," after which someone finally came out. The staff member was friendly, but despite watching her make my smoothie, it ended up tasting like water. The toppings provided all the flavor, and, of course, it didn't look like the picture. I went back inside to request some extra toppings, and I was pleasantly surprised when she happily added more. I ended up sitting outside, which was really nice.
At 9 am, we waited 45 minutes for our order despite there being no line and no online orders being processed. The staff simply forgot to inform us that our food was ready, even after we followed up twice. The avocado toast was cold, the lettuce was wilted, and in the end, all three of us had to go elsewhere for a decent breakfast.
This was not my favorite ordering experience with Clean Juice, and this location always seems a bit mismanaged compared to the Brentwood and Franklin locations. I placed my order at 5:55p on June 24th. I arrived at the shop at 6:15 as the expected wait time listed on my order was 20 minutes. I ordered ahead specifically so it would be a quick in-and-out experience. When I got to the shop I was the only one there, and I could not see or find a worker. After 5 minutes of waiting I walked behind the counter to see if anyone was there, couldn 't see anyone, and then a few minutes later a gentleman working came out of the back, and seemed very out of it so maybe he was having a rough day to be fair.I told him I had a to-go order and he couldn 't find it in the coolers, then went to the register and very casually said oh as he saw the order receipt was never worked, but also didn 't say anything to me. It wasn 't until 635, nearly 40 minutes after placing my order that I had it in my hands. There was no urgency in making the drinks and no sense of understanding that my time is also valuable. I would have understood if the shop was slammed, but I was the only one there and the only to-go order printed and waiting. Will likely just go to urban juicer from now on
I didn't want to give a 2, but what upsets me is when you know you didn't give me 16 Oz of juice and I paid you a total including tip 18 and some change. This really bums me out especially when they are aware that I paid for 16oz and they are aware 16 Oz aren't in this cup. Bad business.
