Casa Blanca - Nashua

We visited this restaurant last week and were considering writing a review. I initially wanted to give it at least 3 stars, but I just couldn't. Let me clarify that the food was amazing, but the service was absolutely terrible. We couldn't even identify who our waitress was as they seemed distracted and more interested in entertaining themselves at the bar. Our waitress spent most of the time FaceTiming a friend instead of attending to us. It took forever for our food to arrive, and our drinks took a whole 20 minutes to be served. I had already finished my meal by the time my second drink finally arrived! Despite being the only customers in the restaurant at the time, it took a whopping 55 minutes for our food to be brought to our table. It's disappointing to say that I won't be returning to this restaurant as I believe that good service and honesty are vital in the food industry.

Being a food enthusiast, I absolutely adore ethnic cuisine, and this authentic Colombian restaurant is truly outstanding! The aromas, portion sizes, and variety on every plate are excellent, especially the homemade soups. The unique Amazon fruit drinks are a highlight and will definitely tantalize your taste buds. My top recommendations are the Bandeja paisa and the various soups, as well as the passion fruit Margarita and passion fruit Mojito to finish off the meal. Don't forget to muddle the fresh mint in the drinks for an extra burst of flavor.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We make sure to visit whenever we are in town.

If you love Colombian food and good Colombian hospitality, this is your place. I usually get a dish at my local Colombian place, so I thought this is the best to come here with their iteration. Can I tell you, I love this Colombian food. It was my favorite Colombian stain. It is a little long to come food, but it is extremely fresh and worth every second of waiting. If you speak Spanish, you would communicate very well with the servers, although if you don't, their hospitality will warm you and not shy, they also speak English! Don't forget to get a fruit smooth!

Editing review from last month. This time, waited One And One Half Hours for food, even though told 45 minutes. Ordered same two dishes as last time but one dish was TOTALLY different. No beans. Weird macaroni salad not listed on menu. Appetizer NOT EVEN CLOSE to description. POOR service. Food tastes good but not good enough to go back. Extremely good food. Very clean restaurant. I don't speak Spanish so there was a slight language barrier, but the service was very good. Waited 50 minutes for our order but it was worth it, totally delicious.
