Hedary's

This food truck is located off Rosedale and Main and is run by the Hedary family, who previously operated restaurants in Fort Worth, Las Vegas, and elsewhere. I've always enjoyed their flavors. They offer typical Mediterranean options, which you can customize as a bowl, gyro, or salad. Everything is cooked fresh to order, although it doesn't take long to have it grilled. You can choose from a variety of sauces and ingredients, including gyro meat, lamb, chickpeas, hummus, and baba ganoush, among others. There are no tables in the parking lot, but you can eat in your car. I think they deserve more business than they seem to be getting from the people driving by who haven't yet tried this place.
