Fred's Texas Cafe Western Center

Same familiar Fred's, just in a new location! Since it's recently opened, I would advise being patient. If you're in a hurry, it might not be the best time to visit, as it's quite busy with a mix of old and new customers, and the kitchen staff is still smoothing out some issues. I waited about 25 to 30 minutes for my burger during lunch. However, my server was friendly and kept me updated on my order. The burger was cooked to a perfect medium and was juicy. I also ordered the loaded fries, and I must say, the person who prepared the caramelized onions really took their time with them—they were sweet, soft, and delicious.

Absolutely amazing! The food was spot on, and the service was outstanding! I loved the classic diner ambiance that pays tribute to the original establishment. They were busy, yet the food arrived hot and right on schedule! Kudos to Quincy and the team!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! Daralyn was amazing; it was a hot day, but she made sure my tea glass was always full. Our burgers were cooked just the way we ordered and tasted fantastic, with the peppers adding the perfect amount of flavor. The fried pickles were excellent, and my daughter's kids' meal was so generous that we ended up with leftovers. And definitely treat yourself to the banana pudding—it's a must-try!
