Fred's Texas Cafe Western Center

Same old Fred's, new digs! It is new, so I would highly recommend be patient. Dont come if you are short on time as it is relatively busy with old new clientele and kitchen staff, at least, is working through kinks. It did take 25/30 minutes to get a burger during lunch. Server was friendly and updated me on situation. The burger itself was perfectly cooked to medium and juicy. Ordered the loaded fries...I'll say this, whoever cooked those caramelized onions took theproper time. Sweet, soft and delicious.

Unbelievably delicious! The food was on point, service was incredible! Paying homage to the original business with the classic diner room, was awesome!! They were slammed and the food came out hot and on time!! Hats off to Quincy and crew!!

Great experience! Daralyn was fantastic it was a hot day and she never let my tea glass get empty. Our burgers were cooked to order and delicious, with the peppers giving it just the right kick of flavor. The fried pickles were perfect and my daughter's kids meal was so big we had leftovers. Oh, and do yourself a favor and try that banana pudding!
