Monahan's Clam Shack By The Sea

This place has the best food. Had Chowder and Clam cams, the super plus ordered a oyster Po'boy. It was delicious! Go every year, have to wait in line, but it is worth it. Plus can not beat the view!!!

Great people, great food and great clamcakes (remember a Hush puppies with a little clams inside)! You have a lot of space all over the place or you could sit at the stone pier looking at the bay. You also have some lawn games ( Giant Jenga and Cornhole) for the children..or adults lol I was so full I could not try the ice salon in the back, next time as it looked delicious!

Great food! I had the cold lobster roll that was one of the best I ever had and crispy onion rings. I grew up at eastern costs, so I know my lobster and this is a great place with great food and great views.

Monahan's had the best Clam Cakes, Clam (had red) Chowder, Lobster Roll (tried hot) and new to me Ice Cream! Great Atmosphere......go, get in line.

Lifelong Rhode Islander and 1st time visiting yesterday. Our friends said it was one of the best and we had to try it. The line wasn't long as we got there at 8pm but heard if we had been there 45 min earlier we would have been in a line wrapped around the building. I see why, good was amazing, view is top notch and prices were perfect, Monahans is now one of my top places to eat chowdah and clam cakes!!!
