Mcdonald's - NARRABRI

He arrived just before closing time and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the food was hot and delicious, and the coffee was very nice. A big thank you to Macca's Narrabri!

What else can you expect? The food is nearly as good as it's marketed to be. The restaurant is well-located.

I visited the restaurant hoping to use the ordering kiosks, but unfortunately, none of them worked. Each station claimed that I hadn’t placed any order. I waited for about three minutes and not a single employee acknowledged my presence. I tried using the Mecca app, but there was an error with my order. When I finally decided to return to one of the kiosks, I noticed that other customers were being served and the station was now functioning. I only had 15 minutes to place my order, which made the experience quite frustrating.

Additionally, I encountered an issue with the self-serve terminal; it was out of receipt paper, which meant my order number could not be printed. This was somewhat inconvenient and confusing, particularly during peak hours when it's important to keep track of orders. It would be beneficial if the paper supply for the terminals was checked and replenished regularly to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process.
