My friend and I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered chicken teriyaki with shrimp. Unfortunately, the shrimp was undercooked, and halfway through our meal, we discovered HAIR in the food! When we approached the manager to address our concerns, he insisted that it wasn't hair and that it didn't originate from their kitchen. I have to note that I'm bald, so it definitely wasn't my hair in the food.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The girl at the front, who had braces, was taking orders and was quite rude and disrespectful. I placed a very simple order, but when I went to pick up my food, I noticed it was incorrect. I asked the guy behind the counter what was going on since it wasn’t what I had ordered. The girl joined him and insisted that it was my order, accusing me of lying. I calmly explained that I wasn’t lying—I just wanted what I had actually ordered. She then claimed that it was cheaper than what I originally requested. I never asked for a discount, and the order was completely wrong, so I couldn't see how I was getting a discount on something I didn't even order. At that point, my frustration wasn’t just about the incorrect food, but also about being called a liar, which I cannot tolerate. I won't be returning to this restaurant unless they improve their staff.
This is the second time I've had a disappointing experience with the food. I won't be dining here again.
