Olive Garden Italian - Naperville

We grabbed lunch to go from Olive Garden on a Saturday around noon. We had placed our order online through the app so just had to go to pick it up at our designated time. The restaurant was fairly empty which may also have been due to the fact we've had several slow storms recently in the area. We were able to get our food quickly and it was packaged very well. I tried the SPINACH-ARTICHOKE DIP for an appetizer. The flavor of the dip was mild and creamy and quite nice. I found the chips it came with to not be the best, but the dip ended up going well with the breadsticks. I ordered a TOUR OF ITALY. The fettuccine alfredo was surprisingly great and the chicken Parmesan was very tasty albeit a little bit dry. The flavor of the lasagna was good as well. The size of the dish was a nice size so I ended up being able to save it for a second meal as well. This entree came with a ZUPPA TOSCANA soup which was nice and has a good amount of potatoes, sausage and kale but the soup it self was a bit on the watery side and could have used with some more seasoning as well. The other entree came with a SALAD. The salad they served us was small and sad. The leaves weren't the freshest and the toppings were poorly chopped and had a stingy amount of tomato and olives. They should also have added a side of cheese as well since you are given that option in the restaurant. Finally, they gave us a bag of four breadsticks. The breadsticks flavor is pretty classic but I wish they would give more than just four especially because the dine in option allows for unlimited breadsticks. All in all, an average Olive Garden with typical options. There are definitely things that can be improved for sure especially in terms of the salad and soup.

We went for Mother's Day and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Despite it being a busy time, our server Rene was wonderful. She was cheerful and attentive...it was evident she took pride in doing her job well, always with a smile on her face. She made sure our food was served hot and that our refills were taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend this location and in particular our server Rene! This was my first visit at this location and We will definitely be back!

Stoped by just to go to the bar for a drink and some cheesecake for a little pre-birthday warm up. I decided to try the Italian Margarita and the pumpkin cheesecake. Both were delicious! My bartender, Morgan, suggested that I try a shot of Amaretto to go with the margarita and that was a nice touch. She was great! Another great experience at Olive Garden!

Food senior microwave heated up that food real good. Too bad he has no taste buds to test the food before it comes out. Service at least I got some mints (only reason for the second star) Ambiance when you're here you're family! Cuz just like my family they don't give a **** about me or the food I get.

I took my 90 year old dad her for Veterans Day. He totally got food poisoning from having the Zappa soup or the Cheese Ravioli! I'm so livid!
