Noodles Company - Naperville

This is an average noodle stop for us. We enjoyed their thai noodles as well as their Mac and cheese selections. We enjoyed their variety with choosing proteins. The checkout staff member was very friendly and helpful. The food is definitely a 4 butour table was a little dirty when we sat down which was odd because they had just opened so I would think they would clean atclosing and tables would be fresh for the next day. Another nice perk is the choose your own soda machine that allows you tocustomize any way you like. Overall I would give 3.75.

Why has the hygiene in every restaurant deteriorated. It's visible seriously. Stop hiring unhygienic workers. I almost threw up looking at the state of this restaurant. The person cleaning the table was so disinterested he didn't do a good job at all. Arewe waiting for another pandemic to wipe out the few lucky ones that escaped covid?? Is the Naperville city health departmentlistening??

Aside from that experience, the food was amazing, and the staff who brought our meals were very nice. I don’t think he should be fired, but I do believe he needs some discipline. I used to work for this company, and I know that this behavior is not acceptable. Also, while I was typing this review, I asked for kids’ cups, and he responded that they never had them. I apologized and said I thought they did, and he snapped back with, “No, we never did,” and then he was rude when it was time to pay. This all happened on Wednesday, December 7, around 7 PM.

The food is quite delicious. However, the person who took our order appeared irritated when we requested modifications to our chosen noodle dish, and he wasn't very informative. Additionally, the tables were not cleaned, and it felt quite cold inside this Naperville Noodles on 75th Street.

I ordered a regular Pasta Fresca with Parmesan chicken and cheese, along with a regular Penne Rosa, but both meals tasted as if they had been left sitting for a day or two. The chicken was tough and dark, and my Pasta Fresca had hardly any vegetables. I'm really disappointed with Noodles & Company on 75th Street in Naperville, IL. I reached out to guest relations, but I still haven’t heard back from them.
