The customer service at this restaurant was the worst. The manager was rude and refused to listen to my concerns. I tried to use a coupon for 4 hummus falafel bowls that was not working on the app, even though it stated in my email that it could be redeemed in store. When I showed the barcode to the cashier, it said it had already been redeemed, which was not true since the app was not working. The manager accused me of lying and using someone else's code, and refused to help resolve the issue. I am a regular customer at this location, but after this experience, I will not be returning and will not recommend this restaurant to others. The manager's lack of appreciation for customers and rude behavior was completely unacceptable. I urge them to improve their manners and learn to appreciate their patrons.

I recently visited this Naf Naf Grill for the first time and was impressed. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I tried the Chicken Shawarma Bowl and was pleased with the fresh and flavorful ingredients. If you're in the mood for a casual lunch, I recommend giving Naf Naf Grill a try.

I believe they serve the best falafel pita in town. I had not visited the restaurant since the start of Covid, but I brought my son to try it. He really liked the taste. However, I noticed that the falafel is smaller now compared to how they used to be. The interior of the restaurant was clean and parking was surprisingly easy, especially during lunchtime when it is usually impossible to find a spot.

Chicken Shawarma was SO dry, little pieces of rocks. The chicken was probably sitting for hours to be like this. Very disappointing experience.
