Starbucks - Nanaimo

Sophie, Anna, Hanna, Lane, Katie, Elizabeth, Tia, Lucas, Stephanie, Celeste, Josh, Devon, Maddie, Arada, Estelle, Ian, Kris, Wong and Tobias are my absolute favorite baristas. That whole store at University Village is amazing and they never ever fail to make my day better. Not just with making sure my order is always ready and hot but they also make sure I feel special and they truly care about what they are doing. Greatest Starbucks ever!!

Friendly staff, drinks and food exactly as they should be. Place was clean and well maintained.

Just had the best service ever thanks to Ian. They were so friendly and kind. It made getting my morning getting to share a smile and kind word with such a wonderful human. They told me Starbucks has employees pronoun pins if they want them and that makes me more likely to support Starbucks in the future that they are so supportive of their staff. Thanks again Ian!

Always quick and friendly service, I love the seasonal drinks and treats. The sugar cookie latte is my new favourite for Christmas!
