Ordered Greek Chicken wrap. Served in a homemade pita, which is made from pizza dough. Pita was raw inside and inedible. I did eat the rest of the wrap. When the server finally came to check I pointed it out, and all I got was an apology. The bill came and I was charged full price. No discount at all. Disappointing.

Through this pandemic it has been difficult for everyone and we are trying to support locally. We went for dinner at Cassidy Kountry kitchen and it is Christmas time and the only decoration they have is a tiny little garland no Christmas tree no festive decorations whatsoever. Was told by the waitress that the owner didn’t feel like decorating because it had been a bad year ...really hasn’t it been for all of us.I guess she doesn’t understand that you decorate your premises for your customers and not yourself. I ordered a steak sandwich that came with a little bit of onions and mushrooms and was asked if I wanted a salad or fries. I said I would like a Caesar salad which came as kale and beet tops with no Romain lettuce in a tiny little soup bowl. Then to top it all off when we got to build it with an additional $2.89 for upgrading to Caesar salad which we were not told. So for $22.78 plus GST and PST . The steak was thin and full it grizzle so was not a true strip loin. I had the worst dinner ever. I will not be returning. The waitress neglected to tell me of the additional charge and she admitted it but did not even offer to remove it. The atmosphere is cold and not welcoming at all.

Three of us went there for our first time for brunch and had a very good experience. The service was quick, professional and personable. There were no issues with making some dietary accommodations for dairy and gluten, decaf was brewed immediately and all three meals were very tasty. I noticed a table of 8 (with kids) nearby also get good service with all their meals brought out at the same time. Atmosphere is a comfortable mix of solid country roadhouse and modern design. Bathrooms were clean. I also check the online public food inspection reports of places I eat and this place passes with flying colours. We will definitely go again.

First few times we were there it was great but lately it's just average. A few times our table has had food come out at different times, making someone sit for ten minutes while everyone is eating before their plate is served. I'm not a fan of their home made onion rings as the batter is too greasy, they need to make a lighter batter if they are going to do the rings themselves. Probably won't be back for awhile as last two times were a disappointment.
