Bidra med feedbackCactus is one of my favourite restaurants but one is Nanaimo was not the best._ Although The design of the restaurant was really good ,would not be able to
Great atmosphere great food and friendly waitresses. Ravioli was delicious and also the fish. Pricing on the high side but worth the extra treat.
We stopped for lunch today after a meeting in the city. My last 2 visits were sub par of my previous visits. We have been here for years and it is consistently above average. My lunch is the Fennie Burger. The last days it was only average with an uncircumcised bread and tepidfries. Today I decided to be specific with my order. The server was excellent, told me she would give the information of the kitchen. The food arrived in a short time. So good. We checked the Fritten and Tepid. I let the runner know and they were excellent. Refined to the kitchen, get replacement bags, offered to keep the old cold pommes. Lol, we went back. She even said she saw her coming out of the frit. Perfect. While we waited for the burgers. Ice cold unroasted rolls. We ate them because I have to give up in this place. Too bad, but at some point you have to vote with your business. The price seems to have risen by $6.00 per berger, 25%. $22.00 for the bacon cheddar $23.75 for the fennie. Our lunch bill for 2 with 1 beer, 1 water, 2 Burger tip was $70.00. Great server, I'm sorry for her because she's sure she gets a negative feedback. I will miss this place, they were great in the past.
We went to celebrate my mom’s retirement and our server Bailey went out of her way to make our experience exceptional. The food was fantastic, the drinks were delicious, however Bailey’s charisma and attitude really made the evening!!! We will be back, and hope to...be seated in her section!
I come here often and love the choice of drinks and foods. Always great service and nice ambience. The only thing that bugs me is if you are going to have unusual food like Duck on Fruit Bread with fries, why not serve an nice dip for fries rather than ketchup which is so predictable?
