Worst service ever. I and my fruend wanted to order a pizza and staff told us that they would call back. But no one called. The guy on call wasted our time and never replied. I think people should go for hungry point. I was a regular customer of pizza point but not anymore. Worst customer service ever. I don't know how they are operating with such pathetic service. I’m a regular customer of pizza point but not anymore. I ordered a pizza but it was burnt and also late. I paid an amount of 1000 inr to bad service and product. The guy on phone was very poor on customer service. To all potential customers who wanted to order from this place, avoid this place because the customer service people are liars. I wanted to order a pizza on 12 Jan at around 9:15 pm. I asked from guy on phone. He told me call back in 10 min. No one called back and my time got wasted. I was unable to order from other restaurants also due to delay of time. I seriously suggest to avoid this place. They have no customer compliance and make fool out of customers. To owner, you have very bad customer service and your staff is also liar. Very bad customer service...period. Service: 1
