Wishbone - Nadi

Average food and service. Approx 30 min wait for 4 pieces of grilled chicken and whole roast chicken. Could do much better with plating and presentation of food. Staff were friendly but talking in their own language in front of customers is a bit rude. Could definitely do with some training. Overall experience was good!

Their chicken burger isn't as good as it was before, what used to be juicy chicken has now been replaced with a chicken patty that you can purchase at any supermarket. Bring the juicy chicken back!

Gloomy atmosphere which is surprising because it just went through a massive overhaul. Outdated color schemes and repressed natural lighting. Not sure what they use to clean their floors but the minute you walk through the door, theres a distinct smell, irritating and it ruins the appetite. The food is great, if you're lucky. 6/10 times the chicken would be dry and chewy, perhaps they keep the ones thats left over and reheat it. Staff will lie straight to your face if you have complaints about the food. Personal experience, waited 30mins for a pizza, recieved a pizza with burnt cheese. When asked if thats how they always prepare it, the cashier, cook and one other staff looked me dead in the eye and said Yes, thats how we always serve it Ended up talking to the manager who finally sorted the mess out however, time lost is still time lost. Not many food options in Nadi so you just gotta take your chances with the restaurants available. Just check your food on the spot and raise complaints if needed.

I can't give it -100 stars so with very big heart I have to give one. Must go place if you guys want to get embarrassed. They got their manager who should be sent back to basic customer service training. She told me liar on my face yelled infront of other customers. She is very aggressive know how to make fun of customers. I don't recommend anyone to visit Wishbone at Martintar.

The worst and criminal service for endpoint wishbone. The humpback ordered was full of very old refried pieces at least 3-4 days old, it was like chewing on rubber, had to throw it away, would not even give to our pets, impact of Clovis has made them forget basic principle of service and integrity. Eat at home is best, restaurants and owners can not be trusted . Had,to put 1 star to be allowed to type else would not eat there for free. Really disappointed, used to be our best, now the worst.
